He is the one who receives inquiries from companies. He is the one who maps clients’ needs and negotiates with HR professionals to ensure that all our clients get language development solutions tailored to their goals.
Zsuzsi is in the front line.
She is the one who ensures that each group is taught by the most ideal teacher for them, that each course starts on time and she is the one who handles every request from teachers, participants and HR professionals with incredible professionalism.
Zsuzsi is also in the front line, providing outstanding support to our partners and teachers in the delivery of courses. She makes sure that everyone is fully satisfied with the way the courses are delivered.
She is responsible for the legal, commercial and administrative areas within the company. She is an expert in adult education legislation and is in charge of ensuring that contracts and invoices are compliant.
Zsófi searches for and finds the most qualified, professional language teachers for us across platforms and databases. She contacts prospective teachers, arranges the terms of cooperation and interview dates. A large number of our colleagues in several areas of our Group take part in individual or small group language courses organised by IBC, as a high level of language proficiency is important in a constantly developing multinational company working on international projects.
